What counts as a carer household?
An approved fostering household. Two carers living together count as one household. Your plan is based on how many approved households you have, not how many children or staff.
Are all features included?
Yes. Every plan includes every feature, with unlimited staff and carer logins. The modules we are building now will be included when they arrive.
How does the free trial work?
You get 30 days free with no card needed. Set up your agency, invite your team and a few carers, and see if it suits you.
What happens if we grow?
If your number of approved households moves into the next band, your plan moves with it. We will talk to you before anything changes.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for a year up front and get 2 months free. That is 12 months for the price of 10.
Can we take our data with us?
Yes. Your records belong to you. You can export your data at any time, whether you stay or leave.
Is VAT added?
