Fostem is built with a foster carer of 7 years. We know what it is like to write up a hard day at 10pm, and we know what agencies need from those records.
Why we're building Fostem
Good records protect children. They help social workers spot patterns. They show inspectors that an agency is doing the right things.
But records only work if carers write them. Too often the tools make that harder than it should be.
So we started with the carer. A quick check-in. Drafts that save as you type. Gentle prompts when something needs more detail. Then we built the agency side around it.
